All Muslims are required to accept and adhere to all of the teachings of the prophet Muhammad. He is viewed as the last and the greatest of prophets. It is our view that nothing could be further from the truth.

DeleteWell its great to hear that Muslims demand respect for the Prophet. Let me quote words of a very famous critic of Islam, Dr. Ali Sina. He says that a Child in his young age believe that the water melon seeds grow in plants, in tummy if we have them. Its his childish imagination, and we can consider it. But, if a grown man, repeats the same thing, do we need to respect his/her belief? No, if we believe in such thing, and pay respect, it will be hazardous for us.
In the same way, we don't need to respect stupid beliefs of Mind dead cult followers. Even Hitler, and Klu Klux Klan demand respect for themselves.So should we give it to them?

we have as much right to disrespect muhammad as you have the right to respect him.
so, to put it in your language, the only way you can make us stop stripping muhammad naked is when you stop bragging about how great he was.
the real problem is that most muslims are not brought up to know this stuff about our Prophet, its shocking and most of us can't handle it. thing is though the more 'controversial' the site is, a lot of people just won't believe it.

ReplyDeleteeverything is well-documented. we always mention the sources from which we get our information, and they're either authentic islamic sites and books (Quran, Hadith Sahih, Sirah), or at least pages that contains links to the later.

we know that. it's called Denial, a "level I" defence mechanism, which is considered as severely pathological.
Muslims are forbidden to question and criticize their prophet and his doctrine. They're encouraged to accept a totally false picture of this perfect man and for good reason.
